Distinctive Meetings, Inc. will book roundtrip air to/from your home city and Aruba. On the registration page, please double check the spelling of your legal name as it shows on your passport. We will book air based on how you register. Any changes once your ticket is booked, upgrades, or costs associated with deviating from group travel dates will be at the traveler's expense. Flight seat upgrades or extensions are non-refundable per the airlines. All payments must be received before any upgrades or extensions will be confirmed. Please indicate any special requests on the registration form.
passport
Passports are required for all travelers to Aruba. Passports must be valid until August 17, 2025, or 6 months after your return travel date. It is highly recommended that you make a color copy of your passport and keep it in your carry-on luggage. During your stay, there will be a safe located in your guestroom where you may keep it upon arrival. This will assist the consulate in expediting your return home in the case of a lost passport. Additional information on the procedures to enter/exit Aruba will be provided in your pre-trip information.
If you need to renew your passport, please do so immediately. The wait time is longer than usual.
ground transportation
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you between Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) and Hotel RIU Palace Antillas on the group arrival and departure dates only. Detailed procedures on how to meet your transfer at the airport will be provided in your pre-trip mailer. The resort is approximately 15 minutes from Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA).
Reminder: This trip is for you and one guest (21 years of age or older) only.
If you are traveling outside the group dates, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
